Straight on the slopes
Casa Casalini is the ideal place for those looking for a simple yet cosy place to stay, but most of all want to wake up in the morning and walk to the lifts of Carosello 3000, the largest ski-area of Livigno.
Its spacious apartments, with their 70s style, are humbly furnished and offer a cheaper alternative to the other houses of our property. The area, although further away from the town centre, has ski-rentals, shops, restaurants and is well-served by the urban buses (which are free of charge for everyone in Livigno) that will take you to the heart of Livigno in 5 minutes. During the summer season, you’ll find yourselves immersed in nature, close to the trails and the 18km long bike track.

TARIFFS
All tariffs are intended for the period and for the number of people stated in the offer. Costs related to final cleaning, bed linen and towels and all utilities are included.
Variations in the occupants number will cause variations in the price of your stay (minimum occupancy price applies should there be less people than minimum occupancy).
Price is intended in room only, without any meal unless otherwise stated in the offer and booking confirmation.
PETS
Your pets are welcome at our residence!
We will do some extra cleaning after your departure. For this reason we will apply a supplement of € 10.00 per pet per night. We suggest you bring a quilt for them to avoid damages to the furniture.

DEPOSIT
In order to confirm the reservation, we ask the payment of 30% of the total amount as deposit. By paying the deposit, the Terms and Conditions detailed in this document (and in particular the cancellation policy) are
considered understood and legally accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, postponed arrival and early departures are always unpleasant for both parties. In such circumstances, at our discretion, we may be obliged to retain your deposit.
In case of cancellation:
- More than 30 days before arrival: There will be no charge and the deposit will be fully refunded
- Less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will not be refunded
- In case of postponed arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged, at our discretion
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At check-in, you’ll be asked for a €150.00 damage deposit for each apartment of the reservation. This amount will be refunded at check-out after inspecting the apartments (if no damage occurred).
To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, please inform us immediately of any malfunction.

Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-livingroom and balcony make this apartment very spacious and ideal for friends and families. The close lift of Carosello 3000 will take you straight to the top of the mountain, making it the perfect position for skiers.
