Albana is the ideal residence for those looking for a quiet and cosy environment, in a calm urban environment surrounded by nature and services.
Its apartments, light, spacious and filled with wood scent, are in the perfect position to quickly get to the slopes of Sciovia del Sole (N1), the pedestrian area of Livigno (about 300mt away) and the 18km long nordic-ski/bike track (about 200mt way).
The area has a wide choice of restaurants, ski/bike rentals and sports shops, duty free and perfumeries.

TARIFFS
All tariffs are intended for the period and for the number of people stated in the offer. Costs related to final cleaning, bed linen and towels and all utilities are included.
Variations in the occupants number will cause variations in the price of your stay (minimum occupancy price applies should there be less people than minimum occupancy).
Price is intended in room only, without any meal unless otherwise stated in the offer and booking confirmation.
PETS
Your pets are welcome at our residence!
We will do some extra cleaning after your departure. For this reason we will apply a supplement of € 10.00 per pet per night. We suggest you bring a quilt for them to avoid damages to the furniture.

DEPOSIT
In order to confirm the reservation, we ask the payment of 30% of the total amount as deposit. By paying the deposit, the Terms and Conditions detailed in this document (and in particular the cancellation policy) are
considered understood and legally accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, postponed arrival and early departures are always unpleasant for both parties. In such circumstances, at our discretion, we may be obliged to retain your deposit.
In case of cancellation:
- More than 30 days before arrival: There will be no charge and the deposit will be fully refunded
- Less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will not be refunded
- In case of postponed arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged, at our discretion
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At check-in, you’ll be asked for a €150.00 damage deposit for each apartment of the reservation. This amount will be refunded at check-out after inspecting the apartments (if no damage occurred).
To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, please inform us immediately of any malfunction.
